At Its Heart, Personal Injury is about Compassion

One is about Sarah Jones, who died on the set of a film, and the other is about an SUV driver who ran over a man on a motorcycle. The way we look at it is that these are incidents where some compassion would have gone a long way. Safety standards on set are supposed to protect everybody and ignoring those standards are cruel. We hesitate to comment on the SUV case because there are a lot of confusing variables there, but we'd hope that any incident where somebody mows somebody down could be prevented by the two parties trying to understand each other.
