Paul Walker's Death Could be Extremely Complex

Paul Walker is not the first movie star to tragically die in a horrific car accident. The deaths of Jayne Mansfield, Princess Grace of Monaco (Grace Kelly), and, of course, the legendary car crash that ended the life of James Dean at age 24 come to mind. Even so, this case is still a grim reminder of how speed really can kill. At the same time, there are aspects that are bound to especially interest an experienced vehicle accident lawyer.

The most potentially crucial detail from a legal point of view is the $450,000 Porsche Carrera GT that Mr. Walker's friend and financial manager, Roger Rodas, was driving. Though Rodas and Walker were very skilled drivers, the car has developed a reputation for being especially difficult to drive and the issue that, we're sure, more than one personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles is contemplating is what possible share of the responsibility the manufacturers of the world's most famous sports cars might have in terms of responsibility for the tragedy. What started as a fairly straightforward case of a tragic vehicular accident may also be a product liability matter.

If you find yourself in need of legal services for a vehicular accident or a product liability case, or both -- we hope in far less dire circumstances -- the Law Offices of Burg & Brock are ready to be your attorney in Los Angeles. Feel free to call us at (888) 509-2998.
