A Hit and Run is Still a Hit and Run No Matter Who’s Behind the Wheel

Our culture is obsessed with celebrities. From the clothes they wear to all the latest juicy details and gossip on their personal lives, we just can’t seem to get enough. Because we put celebrities up on a pedestal, it’s easy to believe that they could get away with anything. Still, being famous doesn’t place you above the law, and Cameron Yadidi Brock fights for justice across the board, no matter who they’re up against, whether it's Louis the neighborhood, or Lance Armstrong!

In what’s making national headlines this week, Lance Armstrong’s girlfriend, Anna Hansen, was reportedly engaged in a hit and run incident in Colorado with two parked vehicles. Except, as it turned out, Hansen wasn’t driving. The driver was in fact Lance Armstrong himself who allegedly not only had a few to drink, but attempted to have his girlfriend take the fall. Here at the Law Office of Burg & Brock as a leading personal injury attorney, we’d like to remind everyone that if you leave the scene of an accident, it’s a hit and run. It doesn’t matter who’s driving.

The police department has yet to comment if they’re charging Anna Hansen, Lance Armstrong, or both, but we think the owners of those parked cars should definitely look into a vehicle accident lawyer to make sure they’re properly represented.
